Mic Framstad

Mic joined National HVAC Service in 2021 as the Maintenance Sales Manager and was promoted to Director of Sales in 2022. 

He spent the first 24 years of his career in the greater Seattle market, serving in a variety of sales roles and relocated to the Nashville area in 2015. Prior to joining the National team, Mic started up an HVAC service branch in Nashville. In four years, he took this startup to nearly $4M in revenue and firmly established the branch as a strong and reliable mechanical service contractor. Prior to embarking on his career in HVAC, Mic served 8 active duty years in the US Navy, with multiple tours overseas, and finished his military career serving another 13 years in the National Guard, before retiring honorably and entering the Ready Reserves.
